Terms and Safety
DELIVERY/PICK UP: Deliveries and pick ups take place during the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily to the street address specified by Lessee (Customer). Lessee grants Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) right to enter the property at the said street address (“Delivery Address”) for the delivery, set up and subsequent pick up of the inflatable/rental unit at the specified agreed upon time. Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) agrees to make all attempts to contact the customer to gain access to the premises, but upon arrival will wait no longer than 15 minutes for the Customer to provide access to the Delivery Address or grounds within it where the inflatable/rental unit is to be set up/picked up at the agreed upon time. If The Customer fails to provide access for set up or pick up at agreed upon time, or is not available in person for delivery/pick up at public location (park, school, church, etc.) a $75.00 fee and/or termination of set up without refund will occur. Inflatables of Montgomery reserves the right to pick up any rental unit at any time after allotted rental time, for which the customer has paid for, has passed (This excludes hazardous conditions- See “Weather Policy”). Any delivery request prior to 8:00 AM or pick up request after 8:00 PM will assume a $75.00 convenience fee and The Customer will need prior approval from Inflatables of Montgomery. We require AT LEAST 2 hours before your event to setup and AT LEAST 2 hours after the event time is over to pick up, if this is not allowed your event will be subject to a Flexibility Fee. PLEASE NOTE, ONCE ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
TRANSPORTATION EXPENSE: Except as provided herein, all charges for delivery and subsequent pick up of the inflatable/rental unit, with respect of the Delivery Address, will be included in the final Rental Fee due. There will be no charge for delivery, set up and pick up within the Montgomery/Pike Road area. Delivery charges of $1.00 per mile to and from our facility (30 Handey Warehouse Road, Montgomery, AL 36117) plus applicable tax will be added to any rental whose delivery address is outside the Montgomery/Pike Road area, this is to also include any toll fees at current toll rate (double axel vehicle going to and from) for any delivery whose route we deem necessary to use a toll route. Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) reserves the right to increase or decrease delivery fees as needed based upon the circumstances and specific means of hauling and delivering certain items/types of equipment.
SET UP: The Customer is responsible for accurately notifying Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) of any details pertaining to the proper set up of the inflatable/rental unit which includes knowing working power sources and their distance to set up location, type and levelness of surface that the inflatable/rental unit will be set on, size and limitations of indoor facilities if applicable, sprinkler systems present, etc. Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) WILL NOT set up inflatable/rental units alongside pools or other bodies of water. Refunds will not be issued for the inability to use the inflatable/rental unit due to lack of working power source(s) this includes customer provided generators. Please check outlets and generators prior to delivery and have generators tested, full of gas and ready. Once the set up of inflatable(s)/rental unit(s) has taken place in the Customer’s selected location, Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) will not reposition/move the unit. Any request by the Customer to do so will result in a $75.00 fee. The Customer also agrees not to move the inflatable/rental unit on their own, failure to do so could result in injury to yourself or damage to the equipment.
WEATHER POLICY: During period of inclement weather (rain, high wind, extreme temperatures, etc.), Inflatables of Montgomery (FunTimes LLC) reserves the right to cancel your reservations if conditions are deemed too severe, unsafe or hazardous to equipment and/or it’s participants. The Customer may cancel or reschedule their rental due to weather conditions and receive refund/account credit for deposit or full balance as long as the cancellation is performed no later than 12:00 noon the business day prior (events on Sunday must inform us the Friday before event) to the event AND the predicted chances of rain for the event day are 60% or higher. If customer wishes to have refund to original payment method performed instead of placing credit on their account, a 6% refund fee will apply and be deducted from the refund amount being issued. Cancellation for rain chances lower than 60%, or cancellations due to weather made after delivery appointment has been confirmed and authorized by customer, will result in account credit of the deposit only, which is good for use up to 1 year. No refund of the deposit portion to original payment method will be issued. Same day cancellations due to weather will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit amount. Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) will not issue refunds or account credit for weather conditions that occur or cause inability to use after inflatable has been delivered and set up. Inflatables of Montgomery reserves the right to pick up inflatable at any time, regardless of rental time (with prior notification given to the customer) should the upcoming/current weather conditions be deemed unsafe or hazardous to the equipment and/or those participating- this includes high wind, heavy rain or thunderstorms.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES: The Customer agrees to notify Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) of any cancellation, reschedule or changes as soon as possible, this includes but is not limited to date, location and/or time of event as well as set up details such as change of power source or surface on which the inflatable/rental unit will be set up. General cancellations for circumstances other than weather, will result in account credit of the 25% deposit only, no refund of the deposit portion will be made to the customer’s payment method. Customer have the option to use all funds paid toward a reschedule date up to 1 year from event date, unless cancellation/reschedule is made after the 24 hour cancellation window, in which deposit portion will be forfeited. If customer wishes to be refunded the 75% of final payment to their original payment method instead of transferring to credit on account, then a 6% refund fee will apply and be deducted from the refund amount being issued. Failure to notify Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) of any changes at least 24 hours before their event may result in the inability of us to deliver or inability of the Customer to use the inflatable/rental unit with no refunds or credits to be issued. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be given after delivery and/or set up has occurred. No changes or alterations of any kind shall be made to any equipment/inflatables by the Customer without prior consent from Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC), this is also to include subleasing, renting, selling, or removal of the rental/inflatable unit from the delivery address which shall at no given time be executed by The Customer.
PARKS/VENUES- CONVIENANCE FEE: A $75.00 fee will apply to all events whose delivery time flexibility is limited based upon the Customer’s availability, event location’s terms and /or Customer’s limited access to the facility, including but not limited to public or neighborhood parks, event facilities, church facilities, etc. Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) will try as hard as possible to accommodate Customer’s available times, however we ask that each Customer provide at least two hours before and after the event for availability to deliver and pick up inflatable/rental unit. Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) reserves the right to charge or withdraw from charging this fee at any time based on circumstances.
OVERNIGHT RENTALS: No overnight rentals shall take place in public areas such as parks, apartment complexes, front yards or any other open and unsecured places. The Customer is responsible for disclosing this information at the time of booking, failure to disclose this information may result in fees or loss of use for full rental time. In the event an overnight rental shall take place for purposes deemed necessary by Inflatables of Montgomery, please turn off any water supply (if applicable), unplug the unit and place the blower(s) in a secure location during any time in which the unit is not being supervised. The Customer, if set up in secure location such as back or fenced in yard, may keep rental units inflated and/or blowers attached when not in use.
DAMAGES/PROHIBITED USE: At no time shall The Customer allow food, gum, candy, drinks or sharp objects in or on the inflatable unit, use of silly string and/or party poppers in or on the unit is also prohibited. Excessive debris, food, trash or spills present upon pick up of the inflatable/ rental unit will result in a cleaning fee of up to $200.00 dependent upon severity. No water (hoses, sprinklers, etc.) shall be allowed to be used on dry rental units unless prior consent is given by Inflatables of Montgomery (Fun Times LLC) to do so, this will also result in a $75.00 cleaning/drying fee (excludes rain showers). When unable to supervise inflatable units, such as overnight or when away, the blower(s) is to be switched off, unplugged and removed from the unit, unit deflated and blower placed in a secure location. Damages, misuse or theft of the inflatable/ rental unit, or its parts, due to negligence on The Customers behalf could result in a fee of up to $7,000.00 for repair or replacement.
SAFETY/OPERATION OF INFLATABLES: As The Lessee of this inflatable/rental unit, the safety of all participants is your responsibility at all times. As the adult supervisor, you should position yourself in close proximity of the entrance to the ride and be prepared to assist riders when they enter/exit the ride and monitor safety within the unit. NEVER allow participants to enter a partially inflated unit, wait until unit is fully inflated before allowing entrance and allow only compatible age groups to participate on the same unit at the same time. Wrestling, piling up, flipping, climbing on exterior/sides/roof of inflatable or any other dangerous behaviors that could cause injury are prohibited by the participants and should be monitored for during use. The maximum number of participants shall be categorized as follows but may differ based on size and design of each unit:
- Up to Age 5 (10-12 Participants) Ages 6-11 (7-10 Participants) Age 12 and Over (5-7 Participants)
- Pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing injuries, and others susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are NOT permitted in or on the inflatable unit at any time.
- No one with recent fever, cough or illness should participate on the inflatable to avoid the spread of germs: We are not responsible/liable for any illnesses secondary to use of the inflatable unit. The customer has the right to inquire at any time about our sanitation process and procedure.
- All participants must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry or loose belongings before entering the inflatable: We are not responsible for recovery and return of lost items.
- At any threat of inclement weather, to include: Strong winds (at or in excess of 20 mph), thunderstorms (especially when lightening is present), or severe temperatures (below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees), children should immediately be instructed to exit the inflatable. Once all children have exited the unit, the blower should be switched off then removed, and the unit allowed to deflate.
ADDITIONAL TABLE/CHAIR/TENT TERMS: Request for Inflatables of Montgomery staff to set up tables and/or chairs without prior agreement and paid fees at time of booking will result in a $75.00 convenience fee plus additional $1.00 set up fee, per item, for each table and chair. The Customer is responsible for setting up and breaking down their own table and chair rentals unless otherwise agreed upon prior to arrival. In addition, failure to break down, clean and stack up tables and chairs prior to pick up by Inflatables of Montgomery staff will also result in a $75.00 convenience fee plus $1.00 per item we had to break down. The Customer also agrees not to move any tent unit on their own, failure to do so could result in injury to yourself or damage to the equipment.
ADDITIONAL MOVIE SCREEN TERMS: At no time shall The Customer allow food, gum, candy, drinks or sharp objects directly on or near the inflatable unit or its electrical components. Excessive debris, food, trash or spills present upon pick up of the inflatable/ rental unit will result in a cleaning fee of up to $200.00 dependent upon severity. NO JUMPING ON OR IN TO THE MOVIE SCREEN! Damages, misuse or theft of the inflatable/ rental unit or its parts, due to negligence on The Customers behalf, could result in a fee of up to $7,000.00 for repair or replacement. At the first sign of inclement weather, to include: Strong winds (at or in excess of 20 mph) or rain of ANY severity, the movie screen and all its electrical components should be secured immediately in a safe dry location to avoid fees for damages or replacement. Should any issues arise with cords, projector and speaker system or DVD/Blue Ray player, notify Inflatables of Montgomery before trying to troubleshoot the issue and removing cords from original set up.
TOXIC MELTDOWN SAFETY AND ADDITIONAL TERMS: All previously mentioned guidelines for bounce houses and inflatable units shall also govern for the Toxic Meltdown unit. Please refer to our operation manual located on the Toxic Meltdown page for specific operational instructions and rules. By signing this contract you are accepting you have reviewed and agree to abide by the provided material.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Lessee agrees to responsibility and return of inflatable/rental unit(s) in good working order.
Lessor, Inflatables of Montgomery, Fun Times LLC, and its officers, employees and agents is/are not responsible for injury occurring to The Lessee or to any other persons who participate in or on the inflatable/rental unit. The Lessee further agrees to hold The Lessor and its officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury, illness or claims. The Lessee shall indemnify The Lessor and its officers, employees and agents from/against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney’s fees and related costs involving use of the inflatable/ rental unit.
